  • 2 qt Casserole Dish

  • 2 21oz Cans of Strawberry Pie Filling
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour (285g)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar (185g)
  • 3/4 cup Salted Butter
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 5 medium Strawberries sliced optional for garnish

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the 2 cups of All-Purpose Flour, 1 cup of Granulated Sugar, and 1 tsp Salt.
  • Add in the 3/4 cup of Salted Butter in slices to the Flour mixture. Using a pastry cutter or 2 forks to press the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles small sand-like texture.
  • In a 2 qt casserole dish (or an 8x8), pour in the 2 cans of Strawberry Pie Filling. Next pour the Flour mixture over the top evenly. The strawberry filling and flour mixture should be about the same thickness if you look at the side of the pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until the top turns a golden brown.
  • Garnish with sliced strawberries and enjoy! It also is great alongside some vanilla ice cream.
