In a medium sized sauce pan, melt together the 1/2 cup Salted Butter, 3 cups Rolled Oats, 1/2 cup Milk, 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar, and 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt.
Once the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved, allow mixture to come to a rolling boil.
Allow to sit in a rolling boil (don't stir!) for just one minute before removing from the heat.
Stir in the 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, 1/4 cup Shredded Sweetened Coconut, 1 cup Pretzels, and the 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract.
Scoop heaping 1 tablespoon mounds onto parchment or wax paper on a baking sheet to cool for an hour. Or place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set quicker.
