Ingredients
Baby Back or Spare Ribs

Distilled White Vinegar
1/4
cup
Soy Sauce
2
tbsps
Vegetable or Canola Oil
1
tsp
Ground Allspice
1/2
tsp
Ground Nutmeg

tsp
Ground Cinnamon

Kosher Salt

tsp
Garlic Powder
1/2
bunch
Green Onions (white parts removed)

Jalapenos - seeds and stems removed for less spicy
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash ribs and pat dry. Score 1in slits between each bone. Place in a greased 9x13 pan bone side up.
In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Pour over ribs making sure to coat the entire rack. Cover tightly with multiple sheets of foil to ensure it is thoroughly sealed.
Bake for 6 hours. Make sure to keep the oven closed and the ribs sealed for the entire 6 hours!
Remove from oven and enjoy!
