Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Large Yellow Onion - diced
  • 2 14.5oz cans of Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 14.5oz cans of regular Chili Beans we find the Kuner's brand to be best!
  • 2 tbsps Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Celery Salt
  • 2 tsps Kosher Salt
  • Additional Salt to taste
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese for garnish
  • Fritos Chips for garnish
  • Sour Cream for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large stock pot or Dutch oven, cook the 1 pound of Ground Beef and the diced Yellow Onion. Season with beef with 1 tsp of Kosher Salt. Cook until the meat is cooked through.
  • Now add the rest of the ingredients: the 2 (14.5oz) cans of Diced Tomatoes, 2 (14.5oz) cans of Chili Beans, 2 tbsps Chili Powder, 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Granulated Sugar, 1/8 tsp Celery Salt, and 1 tsp Kosher Salt.
  • Stir together and allow to come to a simmer before lowering the heat to low and covering with a lid. Allow to simmer for 20-30 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
  • Add more salt if necessary. Serve topped with Fritos, Sour Cream, and Cheddar Cheese if desired!
